If your work history is only from June of this year (2023), how will they pay for sick leave? Minimum or 60%? Has anyone encountered this?

Больничный лист по беременности и родам оплачивается 100%

100%, для расчёта больничного листа берутся 2 года предшествующих больничном листу. Ваш доход ща 19 год суммируют и поделят на 730 дней и если средне дневной заработок исходя из вашей зп окажется ниже среднедневного заработка расчитанного за 2 года исходя из минимального размера оплаты труда, то оплатят по МРОТ, если выше, то исходя из вашего дохода
