Hello everyone, hi. Girls, have you ever encountered constipation and anal fissures in children? We started giving them iron, but their stool changed, and fissures appeared. We stopped taking iron immediately, but the fissure bleeds with every bowel movement. I can't get their stool regular. The drinking regime is set up, they mostly eat liquid food, vegetables and fruits daily. As a result, the first about 5 cm of feces go as constipated, the rest is soft. Because of these first 5 cm, the fissure doesn't heal. If you have experienced this, please tell me how to get their stool regular for the child ?
