Hello everyone. Girls from Astana, could you please tell me who knows private kindergartens regulated by the education department? Can I complain about the kindergarten? Is it written somewhere that there should be a duty group? For the first time today I took my child to kindergarten, and they say they work until 6 pm, but there is no duty group. I explain to them that I leave for work at 6 pm, but they don't want to listen, saying that all parents somehow manage to pick up on time and nobody has problems with this.
