Girls, how do you prepare for childbirth? I'm actually not watching anything, going anywhere, and don't know anything. I think that in due time, I'll forget everything. So, I'm enjoying the moment and in the hospital, whatever happens, I'll be fine. I think the main thing is to listen to the doctor and follow what he says.

I took childbirth preparation classes at the Kenguryonok studio (Almaty) and still consider it my best decision. The doctors at the maternity hospital thought I was a second-time mother. Breastfeeding was very easy because they taught me everything from A to Z. Honestly, I really recommend it. I attended at about 32–34 weeks and didn't forget anything)) I also watched a lot on YouTube — it all turned out to be very useful.

I'm not preparing either, I'll have a private midwife, and when I met with the doctor and midwife they told me not to worry — we'll decide everything as we go.

All our classes are closed( I read a couple of cool books and asked the girls some things) It's different for everyone, so we're waiting for our own births)

I think it's worth preparing for childbirth with classes if you have the opportunity. That way you won't run around in panic when it all starts. You also need to learn how to judge contractions so you can get to the maternity hospital on time. And it wouldn't hurt to learn how to breathe. But that's just my opinion.
