Everyone is different. My mom said that until she actually saw something bulging in her belly she didn't feel anything. And I've heard a lot that it's different for everyone — some earlier, some later. Don't worry. For peace of mind, consult a doctor. Get an ultrasound)

Is your placenta attached not to the anterior wall by any chance? In general, it varies from person to person. You should feel it by around 22–24 weeks.

Mine is anterior, it's my first pregnancy. But I felt it at 14. I was shocked it was that early, the doctor had prepared me for 20–22 )) everyone is different. Don't worry.
