By my period calculation I'm 5 weeks 5 days, but the ultrasound didn't show more—only a tiny dot. They say a 5-week embryo shouldn't look like that; it should be bigger. I'm really worried.

А что вы ожидали увидеть большого малыша ??? по эмбриональному у вас 3 недели , удивляюсь что вообще показал , у меня только на 5-6 неделе показал эту маленькую точечку ) не переживайте
