Girls, please help! I got sick, my voice is gone, I was treating it with tea and ginger. But today my nose doesn't breathe at all, I don't know what to do. I'm pregnant (19 weeks) but can't call the doctor. They say they won't come to my house without a temperature. They won't go out. Who has been treated?

Grippferon spray, Pinosol, you can also use Tizin or children's Snup, but be very careful — only if you really can't breathe at all

Is all of this a course at the same time?

I recently recovered from this flu myself. Congestion, sore throat, weakness. But there was no fever, which was a relief. I drank tea with lemon and honey often. I rubbed my throat with Menovazin and my nose too. I was sick for 4–5 days and then it passed. I knew the flu wouldn't go away in two days.

You can gargle with furacilin and take Lizobact tablets. For a runny nose, Aquamaris.

Rinse your nasal passages with saline solution (available at pharmacies) or make a mild salt solution at home. It really helps ?

I had that over the weekend — I treated it for 4 days and got better. I drank a lot of warm drinks with honey and lemon.

Go see a therapist yourselves.

I rinsed my nose with Marimer; as for the drops, you can ask if they're safe for pregnant women — be sure to check.
