Probably my gut, my gut sometimes hurts in spasms... the pain is sharp, like cramps, I know for sure it's the gut... it used to bother me before too..

If my lower abdomen hurts badly, I insert Papaverine suppositories. The pain goes away.

I had exactly the same sensations. I didn't do anything; it went away on its own. But it's better to tell your doctor.
