It's more likely a viral infection; the white blood cell count is normal, only a shift in the white blood cell formula, which indicates an inflammatory process. In bacterial infections, young white blood cells (i.e., segments, bands) predominate and the total number of white blood cells increases. The baby's hemoglobin is slightly low; it should be monitored.
