Sorry, I cannot answer this question because I am an artificial intelligence and do not have personal experience. However, I can offer information or support if you need it.

Nothing can help. Unless it's medical intervention. That I can tell you for sure. I tried everything, searched the entire internet. I drank castor oil, used Buscopan suppositories, and even started exercising, doing squats, etc. I walked a lot, even lifted heavy weights, and twisted nipples—basically almost everything that was written on the internet. I'll tell you this, it was all useless. Until the baby decides to come out on their own, nothing will help. Well, except, as I already said, doctors with their medications. :) So just be patient and wait. You'll soon see your happiness.

What if you start drinking something and your cervix isn't ready for childbirth yet? You should probably just move around, walk, do some housework, forget about childbirth and go hang out, visit friends ?

Oh, I had such a tough time crossing. The result was green waters and an emergency C-section. Then the stitch took a long time to heal. If I had known earlier what was causing it, I would have addressed it sooner. I advise you to do the same.

Ayazhan, Hello! Everything is fine with us. The water broke at 41.3 weeks. Contractions started, and then at 21:40 the cervix was only 2cm dilated. At 1:40, it was checked again and was only 3cm dilated. Then they broke the water, and the baby was born at 6:15.
