Girls, is there anyone here with morning sickness? I don't know what to do with myself anymore, nausea 24/7 and nothing helps, how do you cope?

I also had severe morning sickness; I felt nauseous from everything, from hunger, from food, I just endured it. By week 10, it got better.

When things got really bad, I called an ambulance, then went for outpatient IV drips, which helped. Ask your doctor to prescribe what's necessary.
