This antibiotic is allowed during breastfeeding. There was no diarrhea, everything was fine. Who even told you that? At this age, loose stools can be caused by anything.

I recently took amoxiclav, didn't stop breastfeeding, the child didn't have diarrhea, no changes at all. This antibiotic is also prescribed for children, so everything will be fine.

If anything, check on the elactation website whether it's allowed or not. I'm also taking a lot of medications right now, experiencing unclear stomach pains. It's scary, but everything turned out to be allowed there, including my antibiotic (Ospamox).
