Good evening. At 6 months, my son started eating his formula poorly, fussing all day. In the morning, he has porridge + 20 ml of formula, at lunch he ate 100 ml of formula and then 50 ml after 5 hours. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal at all? He feels good otherwise.

Good evening! Yes, some children may have periods when they eat less than usual or are fussy about food. This can be due to various reasons, such as teething, changes in appetite, or simply the child's mood. It is important to monitor the overall well-being and behavior of the child; if they are active, cheerful, and show no signs of illness, there probably isn't a reason to worry. However, if you have any concerns or the child continues to refuse food, it's best to consult a doctor.

"Stick to the diet without giving in to snacks; otherwise, it will be very difficult to enforce later."

If there's nothing bothering [him/her], then there's nothing to worry about. When we were your age, son, he practically didn't eat formula for almost two days, then his appetite returned to normal.
