Светлана, Duonika is a medicinal drug created for pregnant women, and Preginor is like a dietary supplement. My vomiting has now stopped, there is mild nausea and dizziness, but Preginor is generally enough :) However, I try to keep busy to prevent it from overwhelming me... I keep moving around outside. Before this, I was even hospitalized, but even IV drips didn't help; I was still vomiting... it seems I just have to accept it ??‍♀️ I think these pills will help with mild ailments...
