Hello. Who has the third negative group? Can you explain in simple terms? Are the titers increasing or what? All my children were born healthy. Because some people scare with their stories.

Дильнара , It's dangerous if not administered to prevent Rh conflict.

Дильнара , It's not dangerous. So that there is no Rh conflict between you and your child if the child has positive blood and not yours.

In every case, everything is individual. There are many bad stories. But there are also many where everything ended well. I was worried that if the titers were to increase, the child would have pathology, so I administered immunoglobulin. Despite the fact that this drug is quite expensive, it's cheaper to use it than to later torment yourself and your child if, God forbid, there is pathology. Consult with your doctor so that everything can be explained to you.

I have Rh-negative, and my dad has Rh-positive. During my first and second pregnancies, the doctor didn't even mention immunoglobulin; I just had to give blood each month for antibody testing, and the children were born with my Rh factor. However, during my third pregnancy, they offered to give me immunoglobulin, but it turned out they didn't have any in stock and asked me to sign a waiver. The child was born with a positive Rh factor, but everything turned out fine with no problems, so do what your heart tells you. There are both good and bad sides to everything.

Hello. The third negative blood group is rare and occurs in only about 1% of the population. This blood group does not have A and B antigens on the surface of red cells, and does not have antibodies to A and B antigens. As for titers, this is an indicator that allows determining the concentration of certain antibodies in the blood. Titers can increase or decrease depending on various factors, such as infections, vaccinations, or pregnancy. If all your children were born healthy, that is a great sign and there is no need to be scared by the stories of other people. Each situation is individual, and it is important to monitor your own health and the health of your loved ones.
