I have Rh-negative, and my dad has Rh-positive. During my first and second pregnancies, the doctor didn't even mention immunoglobulin; I just had to give blood each month for antibody testing, and the children were born with my Rh factor. However, during my third pregnancy, they offered to give me immunoglobulin, but it turned out they didn't have any in stock and asked me to sign a waiver.
