Could you please tell me what this is? I noticed red spots on my child's feet, a big one on the heel and smaller ones all over.

Елена , Happy New Year, everyone!!! All the best!!! No time, you see, we buried my mother-in-law on December 27th, and I can't even make it to the hospital.
