Could you please tell me if this is blooming or an allergy? Small pimples, some with pus, this morning the child is red like this, with red spots under the pimples, then sometimes they fade and reappear. The pimples also come and go throughout the day.

It might be an allergy. When do they go away? Could it be that the air is very dry where you are? Try emollients, it might help. The pimples on the neck don't really look like heat rash anymore.

Кристина, We had something similar. I humidified the air in the room. And we bought a product line for bathing with atonic dermatitis plus emollients. It all cleared up in 4 days for us. An hour before going outside, we applied a frost cream.

Кристина, The word "Атопическом" is the prepositional case of the Russian adjective "атопический," which translates to "atopic" in English. This term is often used in medical contexts to describe conditions related to or characterized by atopy, such as atopic dermatitis.

It doesn't look much like acne, more like an allergy due to dryness and spreading (on the neck and below).

It looks like an allergy; I ate sweet grapes and got a rash. I stopped for a week and it went away. I ate them again and the rash returned, although some say that diet doesn't affect it, in my case it did cause such a reaction. Unfortunately, I didn't apply anything, but it went away after a week.

Unfortunately, without an examination by a specialist, it is impossible to accurately determine whether this is a rash or an allergy. The described symptoms could be related to an allergic reaction to something in the environment, as well as other causes such as an infection or skin disease. It is recommended to consult a dermatologist or pediatrician for diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
