Good evening, girls, It's been an hour since these red spots appeared, what could it be, how did you deal with it? I've experienced acne, but these seem like bigger spots already.

The child is hot. Do not wipe the child with a towel, but dab instead. The blooming can look different every day. Sometimes it all goes away, but then it reappears the next day.
