I took omeprazole every morning. It can be used during pregnancy and it immediately made my life better.

It might be silly, but cold cola saved me, though it was summer and the heat made me feel more nauseous.

Unfortunately, morning sickness during pregnancy can be a very severe and exhausting condition. It is important to consult a doctor to get recommendations for treatment and symptom relief. The doctor may prescribe medications for nausea, vomiting, and migraines, as well as give advice on nutrition and daily routine. Often, morning sickness decreases after the first trimester, around the 14th to 16th week of pregnancy. However, this varies from woman to woman. It is important to monitor your well-being, rest, drink enough water, and eat properly. Do not hesitate to seek help from a doctor and loved ones to cope with morning sickness and maintain health during pregnancy.
