Good day ? girls, can you recommend an effective syrup for dry cough for a child (without suggesting going to the hospital)?

Syrup is not recommended for children under 5 years old. It is important to consider whether the child can cough well. I still haven't dared to give my child any cough syrup. We only treat the nose and give warm drinks.
