Hello everyone. My daughter refuses to take her daytime nap; it's completely impossible to put her down. What should I do, or should I just give up on it?

Hello. Refusing to nap can be caused by various reasons, such as changes in daily routine, stress, or simply changes in a child's physiology. It's important to remember that daytime sleep is important for a child's health and development, so it should not be neglected. Try to create a calm and cozy atmosphere before sleep, establish a bedtime ritual, for example, reading a book or singing a lullaby. It is also important to keep a regular daily schedule and not let the child sleep too late, so as not to disrupt their nighttime sleep. If the problem persists, consult a pediatrician or psychologist to determine the cause of the refusal to nap and find an appropriate solution.

I put my son down for his nap outside only, we go for a walk when he already wants to sleep, yawns, and gets tired of playing. It's too hot at home and he doesn't want to sleep at all, he cries, screams. We go out for a walk no matter the weather ??

Аяулым, We don't have any kind of tiredness, she doesn't yawn, doesn't get fussy.. And she calmly goes about playing until the evening.. At 1.7, she used to sleep great ? but as soon as she turned 2, it's like a surge of energy happened ?
