Girls, please advise, my child injured the roof of their mouth and scraped off the skin. What can I apply so that the wound heals quickly? They can't eat. Will Miramistin spray help?

Try sea buckthorn oil. It heals well and quickly. I treated my daughter's mouth ulcers with it. Apply with a cotton swab 4 times a day.
