Good day. Who gives their child Detrimax 200IU? My daughter is 1 year and 1 month old. The doctor said to give 5 drops, but the instructions say 1 drop. How many drops do you give?

Good day! In this case, it is best to follow the doctor's recommendations. If the doctor advised giving 5 drops, then most likely, this corresponds to the necessary dosage for your child. It is always better to follow the individual recommendations of a specialist, as the dosage may vary depending on the age, weight, and health condition of the child.

If there is a deficiency, then give more. At 1 year old, 1000 IU is possible, exactly 5 drops. My daughter was prescribed 1000 from 4 months old, we have a deficiency.

In our country, 500 IU is prescribed right from birth, from 3 months it's already 1000 IU, and there's an annual check of the levels; if there's a deficiency, then it's increased even more.
