Only doctors can induce labor under supervision. Anything else is fraught with poor outcomes. There is still time; continue with the pregnancy. A large fetus is considered to be 4500 kg or more. Ultrasound does not show the exact weight; it can vary by up to 1 kg either smaller or larger. It is still too early for you to give birth.

My first and second childbirths both started after being active. The first one started after a long walk, and the second one after cleaning the house 😁 The first childbirth was exactly at 39 weeks, and the second at 38 weeks 😄
