Hello! I can share my experience with mixed feeding. I've been doing mixed feeding since my child was born. I started gradually introducing formula, replacing one breastfeeding session with formula. My child didn't have colic when introducing the formula, but every child is different, so I recommend discussing this issue with a pediatrician. As for weaning off the breast at 1-1.5 years old, it can be a bit more challenging than in infancy. However, with the right approach and patience, it is possible. It's important to gradually reduce the number of breastfeeding sessions, offer alternatives in the form of other drinks or snacks, and create new rituals and comforts for the child. Each child is unique, so it's important to compromise and find an approach that works specifically for your baby. Don't rush and give your child time to adapt to the new feeding regime. Good luck to you and your little one!?

I gave it to my daughter in the morning and in the evening, everything was fine. But she stopped taking the formula at 5 months.

If you enter correctly and prepare according to the instructions, there should be no problems.

Colic can occur even with breastfeeding. All children are different, and weaning from the breast also varies—some find it difficult, while others stop on their own ?.

We started having colic while still breastfeeding. We began by giving just a little bit at first.

I had mixed feeding. Everything was fine; he drank milk and didn't refuse the formula. You need to start giving the formula little by little. I started with 30 ml, which is usually 1 measuring spoon, then 60 ml the next day, and so on. And after about 4 days, I was fully replacing 1-2 feedings with formula. This is just my experience. ?

We are on mixed feeding, but not every day anymore, since we introduced solid foods and are eating porridges. When my son was breastfeeding, he would start to have stomach pains and would writhe in discomfort. During such moments, I would give him formula, and he would immediately eat and have a bowel movement. At first, I thought it was a coincidence, but it was consistent; whenever he started to have stomach pains, we would give him formula. However, it's crucial to choose the right formula because if it doesn't suit him, then he might experience stomach pain, green stools, and other issues. We first gave him Similac Gold, which suited him right away. Now we are giving him Nan Optipro, and there are also no problems.

How you wrote it. First 30 ml, then 60 ml per day. During this time, watch how the child behaves, how they go to the bathroom.
