Girls, I've started having morning sickness. I'm not vomiting, but I feel nauseated, especially from food. If I don't eat, I feel nauseated from hunger. How can I help myself in the mornings? What helps in this situation? I feel like something sour, something fresh. ? I tried eating lemon with salt, but it didn't help.
