Girls, I've started having morning sickness. I'm not vomiting, but I feel nauseated, especially from food. If I don't eat, I feel nauseated from hunger. How can I help myself in the mornings? What helps in this situation? I feel like something sour, something fresh. ? I tried eating lemon with salt, but it didn't help.

You can try drinking a glass of water with lemon juice and honey in the morning. It is also beneficial to eat a small amount of dry toast or crackers in the morning to reduce nausea from hunger. If the problem persists, it is advisable to consult a doctor for advice and further recommendations.
