Before taking any medications, be sure to consult with a doctor, especially considering your status as a nursing mother. They will be able to prescribe you medications that are safe for breastfeeding. You may need to take antiviral drugs, pain relievers to reduce fever and alleviate pain, as well as remedies for runny nose and cough. It is important to choose medications that are safe for breastfeeding. If home remedies do not help, do not resort to self-medication; consult a doctor as soon as possible. In addition to medications, it is important to drink plenty of warm beverages, rest, and ensure comfortable conditions for recovery.

Children's paracetamol and frequent drinking, and tomorrow go to the doctor, there should be an on-call doctor on Sunday. Alternatively, write to the doctor or call an ambulance, and they will consult you.

I took regular paracetamol, drank plenty of fluids, had cranberry juice, and you can add a pinch of ground dried ginger to tea. Rinse your nose. Depending on what you have, it's better to see a doctor to avoid complications from improper treatment.
