Hello girls. I caught the flu, the gynecologist said that I can take Tylenol, but it doesn't seem to help. Please share your experiences… I've been drinking tea with lemon, honey, and raspberry, and I've also tried it with garlic. I don't have a fever, just a bit of a cough.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you've caught the flu. If Tylenol isn't helping, you can try other ways to alleviate the symptoms. For example, you can drink warm beverages, such as tea with ginger or mint, to soothe your cough. Inhalation with baking soda or essential oils can also be very helpful. Don't forget to rest and drink plenty of fluids. I hope you feel better soon!

There is a product called Prenalen, for pregnant women; it's more of a supportive remedy rather than a medication. I was terribly sick two weeks ago, and since it was only the first trimester, I couldn't take anything. It might have helped, or maybe I just got over the illness on my own, but I think it was the Prenalen, because I couldn't even stand up, my head was spinning, I was vomiting from everything, and I had a fever and a cough. I honestly thought I was going to die.
