The girls are 3 months and 1 week old. It seems like my son is getting a tooth on the bottom; he won't let me look, but he's really scratching his lower gum. What symptoms did you have?

My son also started having dental problems around this age. He often scratched his gums, was irritable and tearful. He also had increased salivation, often put everything in his mouth, and chewed on things. So, if your son has the same symptoms, it's likely indeed related to teething. It's important to pay attention to nutrition and to moisturize the gums to ease the teething process.

My daughter is 5 months old, her mouth is full of drool, she keeps putting everything in her mouth, her gums are itchy, and sometimes she gets fussy because of this. It started around 3 months, but there are still no teeth visible.
