Different things help different people... I suffer a lot from it, sometimes coffee, sometimes paracetamol, some people take children's Nurofen, I also dab whiskey on my temples in a star shape and put a cold towel on.

I put up with it, go to sleep, wake up, everything's OK! Citramon is not allowed for pregnant women.
