Different things help different people... I suffer a lot from it, sometimes coffee, sometimes paracetamol, some people take children's Nurofen, I also dab whiskey on my temples in a star shape and put a cold towel on.

I take ibuprofen or Nurofen for the headache, I can't stand this — my head doesn't stop hurting the next day.
