Just in case, visit a gynecologist, and if you haven't done so already, get an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, and also have your hCG levels checked in dynamics (the first and then a second one after 48 hours).

There are harmless cases, but it's better to rule out any threats or ectopic issues with a doctor, especially if you haven't had an ultrasound yet.
