At 30 weeks it's more important not to have a “perfect chart” but to know the usual rhythm of your baby: when they are more active, how they react to food, rest, and evening. A convenient method is to lie on your left side or sit quietly once a day at the same time and count any movements: kicks, rolls, stretches. People often use 10 movements in 2 hours as a guideline, but if your baby is usually active and suddenly becomes noticeably quiet, you don't need to wait those 2 hours. If there are no movements, or they become sharply weaker or much less frequent than usual, especially after rest and a snack, it's better to go straight to the maternity ward emergency department or call 103 or 112. At this stage, a CTG and an examination will quickly show whether everything is okay.
