Hello girls! How do you protect yourselves? I have an IUD, but I want to remove it. I don't want children yet, and I don't like the IUD because it causes very heavy bleeding, more than 10 buckets, which is terribly uncomfortable and painful. I want to switch to contraceptive injections. What's your opinion on this? ??‍♀️
