I bought a pill organizer at the pharmacy for the days of the week. It’s small — on Sunday I sort all the medicines at once, and then it’s immediately clear whether I’ve taken them or not. In my opinion, even if you did take two vitamin tablets it’s not a big deal, the main thing is that it wasn’t some other medication ??

I do it this way so I don't get confused. In the morning I put the vitamins on the table; if they're still there it means I forgot to take them, and as soon as I take them I put them in a candy or cookie package. That means they're to be taken tomorrow. Nothing will happen from a double dose of vitamins.
