Moms, can you please suggest what to use? When it started, I applied Bepanthen, but so far it's been useless. I've already taken off the diapers and put on regular panties. We have diarrhea, and she starts crying as soon as she poops, and cries when I wash her. We're going to the pediatrician tomorrow, but I'm afraid it will be even redder by night.

You could try using a zinc cream, which will help protect the skin from irritation. You might also try using a cream with panthenol or calamine, which can help soothe irritated skin. While waiting for your pediatrician appointment, try to change diapers as often as possible to let the skin breathe. Don't forget about hygiene either - wash the skin with gentle, fragrance-free and alcohol-free cleansers. I hope your little one feels better soon!

It might be an allergic reaction to a product. When there is diarrhea, the stool contains a lot of acid + an allergic irritant. Give the child 5 drops of Zodak and apply a thick layer of Bepanthen every time you wash the area. Is there no fever? Make sure to wash with children's soap immediately after a bowel movement.

?Филана? , I have given and continue to give my child Smecta for diarrhea, it works well. Dissolve a packet in 100ml of water and administer 5-10 ml every 2 hours until the diarrhea stops.

Sudocrem and Bepanthen didn't help, but zinc paste, specifically the paste! It really helped us a lot.
