Gave birth 10 months ago. Got my period 3 months after giving birth. And the last one was at the beginning of January. Now there's been a delay for a month, the test shows one line. I've taken it several times. What could this be? Do such disruptions happen?

The cycle can take up to 2 years to normalize. For peace of mind, go for an ultrasound. I had the exact same situation in January, although my periods had started 3 months after the C-section and were very regular, but in January there was a disruption and a delay of as much as 17 days.
