Try feeding with breast shields, I only fed with them. Once it heals, remove them.

Purеlan from Weleda and everything will heal in a couple of days.

I had deep cracks; I applied Purelan and covered them with a sachet, only then did they heal. If I just applied it and covered it with a pad, it didn't help much; the ointment was absorbed by the pad.
