Tell me, 22 weeks pregnant, this morning everything was fine, but in the afternoon it started like during menstruation. The uterus aches, it's pulling on the legs and lower back, exactly as during menstruation. Tolerable so I don't call the midwife. But it pulls very strongly into the legs. What could it be?

You need to call an ambulance. You will be examined at the hospital. This could be a threat.

As soon as I wrote the post, I immediately decided not to call but to text my midwife; she told me to call an ambulance. They admitted me to the hospital with a threat. Thank you to everyone who replied❤️
