Hi everyone, morning sickness has started, I'm in bed all day, everything I eat comes back up, I just don't have the energy. Please tell me what helped you? I'm just exhausted.

Oh, it's very hard — I understand. Here's what most other moms find helpful (short and to the point):
- Eat small amounts often: 1–2 spoonfuls every 1–2 hours, dry crackers/toast/dry cereal before getting out of bed.
- Ginger: ginger tea, ginger lozenges or ginger biscuits — helps reduce nausea for many.
- Drink slowly in small sips: water, ice chips, still mineral water, or rehydration solutions.
- Cold or room-temperature foods are often better tolerated than hot ones (less smell).
- Avoid fatty, spicy or strongly scented foods; try bland, gentle foods (banana, yogurt, potato).
- Smells: fresh lemon, mint or airing out the room help many.
- Acupuncture/acupressure bracelets (Sea-Bands) — a simple drug-free option.
- Rest, support from loved ones, delegate tasks — conserve your energy.
Important! See a doctor or go to the emergency room urgently if you can't keep down even water, have severe dizziness, decreased urination, a drop in temperature, or are losing weight rapidly — these are reasons for urgent care.
