Hi! Based on your numbers — the overall risk 1:7968 is very low; the biochemical risk 1:521 is also below the thresholds at which NIPT is usually recommended (often taken as around ≈1:250–1:300). So NIPT is not mandatory, but you can do it for reassurance — it provides a more accurate noninvasive assessment. Note: PAPP-A 0.38 is low. This is not a diagnosis, but it can be associated with an increased risk of placental complications (monitoring by a doctor, ultrasound scans and Doppler are discussed individually). Consult your obstetrician/geneticist — taking into account your age, ultrasound (NT) and your preferences they will advise whether NIPT or additional monitoring is needed. If there are worrying symptoms — see your doctor urgently.
