The one-time benefit is paid after the child is born — you get the birth certificate and submit the application with it.

Муж подавал на свидетельство о рождении, вечером пришло смс что мне положено пособие. Дальше я им скинула свой номер счета, вот жду, говорят в след месяце поступят деньги. Ничего не подавала
