Girls, I feel lightheaded, especially when tilting my head. Does anyone have this? I suspect my hemoglobin might be low, as we haven't sent it for analysis yet. I'm not taking iron supplements. What would you recommend?

Обратитесь к своему врачу. Если падает гемоглобин, ничего хорошего в этом нет. Сдайте анализ.

У меня где то на 35 неделе временами бывало, что когда сижу или даже лежу голова кружится ? гемоглобин упал до 90( никогда не было 90) ниже 127 не было. Не знаю, назначили всекие препараты для поднятия гемоглобина, я не пью, не доверяю я этой химии. Стараюсь полноценно и своевременно питаться, ем оооочень много почти каждый день квашеную капусту с зеленью прям, гранат ем. Я думаю гемоглобин упал из за того что мясо не ем. Не могу я сейчас мясо есть ? иногда только курицу могу съесть и все ??‍♀️
