Hello everyone, I'm in week 12 of my pregnancy, and have been sick for about 10 days now. I've been lying down all this time, and my lower back hurts. I can't figure out if it's from being laid up or if that's normal at this stage.

У меня поясница болит постоянно, когда лежу на спине, то есть ложусь спать и если долго лежу на спине то так хватает не могу не перевернуться не встать с кровати...это просто спина...к матке не относится!
