I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing abdominal and back pain, and I just noticed blood in my urine. What should I do?

I had the same when I was 10 weeks but after I went to my gynaecologist het told me that my placenta was low and it was just pulling up. He advised me if I ever get spotting I should lay down for 3 hours and if the bleeding doesn't stop then I should go and see him. I'm now 13 weeks and seeing my doctor tomorrow again for monthly check up

I did visit the doctor and they are telling me that my sac is empty and its pulling down hence am bleeding with cramps....gonna have to terminate the pregnancy
