Good morning! Please tell me: I'm pregnant and went for my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and 3 days. They say the heartbeat wasn't heard and it might be a missed miscarriage; they told me to come back in a week for a repeat ultrasound. Could this be a mistake? Please advise.
