I have a cold with a runny nose, my throat hurts, and my head feels like it's about to explode, and my overall condition is terrible, what can I drink for a cold?

Мне от горло хорошо помогло полоскание содой с солью и спрей аргенто-септ

Обильное питье жидкости, чай с медом и малиной

Все таки поднялась температура 37 и 6 выше не подымается
