I have a very strange situation. Pregnancy is 4 weeks, I'm on bed rest, did a hCG test on Monday it was 1161, did it today and it showed 234, thought I was frozen, went for an ultrasound, but the fetus is developing, the egg has grown and is exactly at 4 weeks and 3 days of development, why then did the hCG drop?
