В КЗ платят только единовременное пособие когда родится ребенок 105 тыс, если вы работали то с выходом в декрет положена выплата по беременности, а в РФ также единовременная выплата по рождению 18 тыс руб, если работали то декретные и плюс мат.капитал сейчас уже 600 тыс.руб если не получали на первого ребенка
