Эти одна из двух таблеток для медикаментозного аборта, то есть она сокращает матку и вызывает выкидыш. В вашем случае да, наверное для вызова родов.

Да я пила одну таблетку утром , к обеду начались слабые схватки, вечером родила

Да это к родом. Но мне не помогло.роды не начались. Делали кесарево
