Girls, are there lawyers here or anyone who found themselves in such a situation: I worked from November 2019 to March 2020 (my last place of work), not considering previous ones (they exist). Currently, I am unemployed since March 2020 but was on unemployment register from April to August 2020. The question is: if I can't get a job now, can I apply for maternity leave with a certificate from my last workplace? (I heard that it's considered for 2 years) or will I still receive unemployment benefits as before?
